2026 Harvest — Waitlist Now Open

"We only bottle what the bees produce."

Each year, our apiary in Hope Bay, Portland produces a single small-batch honey harvest. Unlike commercial honey, every Coco Bee reserve batch is distinct — shaped by the season's rainfall, the flowers in bloom, and the bees themselves.

The 2026 harvest will be our most anticipated yet. Join the waitlist to be first to know when it's available, and to access early purchase before we open to the public.

The Collection

Not just honey.
A single harvest,
once a year.

Most honey is blended, sourced from multiple hives, standardized for consistency. Ours is none of those things. The Coco Bee reserve collection is produced in one place, once a year, in whatever quantity the bees decide.

Every jar carries the character of that specific year — the Jamaican dry season, the local flowers in bloom, the hive's particular rhythm. When the harvest is gone, it's gone until next year.

Single-Origin

One apiary, one parish, one island. Every jar traces back to Hope Bay, Portland.

Naturally Limited

We don't set a production target. We bottle what the bees give us — no more.

Distinct Each Year

Flavor, color, and texture shift with the season. No two harvests are identical.

The Origin

It started with five boxes of bees.

Inspired by the farm-to-table lifestyle she grew up around and a desire to contribute to her family's farm in Hope Bay, Portland, Lysandra purchased her first five hives as a college student. What began as a small apiary soon grew into something larger.

Today, Coco Bee is a Jamaican ritual brand built around honey, coffee, matcha, and tea — experiences designed to make mornings feel slower, richer, and sweeter.

From five boxes of bees to a growing collection of rituals — Coco Bee remains a practice in slower, richer, sweeter mornings.
